Looking for a rapid fat burner supplement to cut down on fat? Well, this PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite Review will be breaking down one of the most popular in the market.

It’s by a company called PMD Sports, an oldie when it comes to most supplements companies — having been established during 2002.

As far as their brand goes, there’s definitely something to be said about their age and the number of products that they’ve produced over those years. Not only do they enough of them that it has me hopeful that something good will come out of it, but, also unfortunately the market is full of unproven, untested, ineffective and sometimes unsafe products.

Anyways, we’re starting with their Omega Cuts Elite Fat Burner, which is something that’s supposedly made for helping you slim down and achieve a body that is primarily made out of lean muscle mass. Sounds like a good deal to me.

PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite Review Claims 1

But of course, it’s going to take some snooping before any conclusions are made.

By the end of this PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite Review, you’ll know everything there is to know about this fat burner supplement. Of course, if you’re not up to reading the long explanation, you can always skip to the conclusion. Either way, scroll down to learn more!

The Claims

First, let’s talk about their claims. What kind of things are promised by the PMD Sports Omega Cuts, how likely will they be able to provide such claims, and how do they plan to do so?

We’ll be going through all of that in detail and will be referring to various claims as we go through the detailed ingredient breakdown.

Muscle Maintenance & Definition

This is the first thing on their list of claims. To be honest, it’s a bit strange for a fat burner. After all, the mostthey are able to promise is help you lose fat. Rarely do they concern themselves with things like maintaining muscle. That’s more for pre-workouts, t-boosters, protein, etc. supplements.

Still, that is their claim, and they make this while promising to stay away from stimulants. What do stimulants have to do with it (you might be asking), well, most supplements will help you get results by providing a boost in energy that can help you power through your workouts.

These, more often than not, come in the form of stimulants. So, whatever they have planned? It’s an interesting concept.

Stimulant Free

As mentioned, PMD Sports strived to keep their formula free of stimulants. If this is true, then we shouldn’t be seeing ingredients like caffeine, guarana, theobromine, bitter orange extract, green tea, etc. the list goes on. Not sure what I feel about that.

After all, some of the ingredients I mentioned (caffeine & green tea) have been proven to be fairly effective fat burners. We’ll have to see what they plan to do with this deficiency.

Again, they make another claim that is strange for a fat burner. If you’re not familiar with the term, catabolic means ‘the breakdown of molecules.’ This is in reference to the breakdown of lean muscle mass. Making it fairly close in meaning with their first claims, but it is what it is.

Basically, they’re promising to keep you from losing lean muscle mass.

Now, let’s move on to the ingredient breakdown, and see whether any of their claims are to be believed.

PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite Ingredients

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT)

This is a fatty acid that is extracted from coconut oil, and there have been some studies that led to people having suspicions as to its effectiveness as a fat burning ingredient.

However, those studies could not be confirmed, and remained inconclusive.

What’s noteworthy, is the fact that these are usually most effective when taken in doses of 10,000 – 15,000 milligrams. That’s not something we can confirm or deny, as PMD Sports had decided to keep this particular ingredient in a proprietary blend.

So, at this point? We cannot prove that it will have any effect.

Lauric Acid

This one is connected to the previous ingredient, in that it’s a fatty acid extracted from coconut oil. Unfortunately, unlike the previous, there is no research that even remotely suggests that this is a fat burner.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)

Much like the first ingredient, CLA has been suspected of providing fat burning benefits. Unfortunately, this has not been proven by actual research. To make matters worse it has actually been linked to a couple of very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous side effects.

Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)

Here we have the last ingredient that we’ll be analyzing, there are more, but most of them end up being the same. Much like the previous ingredients, it is suspected of being a fat burner, but nothing can be proven without further research.

Gamma Linolenic Acid

Here we have yet another fatty acid. The only difference here is where it’s extracted from. This one can be found in vegetable oil and has been proven to provide a couple of skincare benefits.

However, there is nothing to suggest that it should be used as a fat burner ingredient.

How to take PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite

The PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite is recommended to be taken 2 times in the morning and 2 times before working out. That’s not bad, but it’s definitely not optimal. We prefer fat burners to be taken at least 3-4 times throughout the day.

This ensures that you are getting the most out of fat burners — with 24/7 fat burn benefits. Taking twice at the same time of the day is pretty much the same as taking 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill before training.

Which, again, is not optimal.

Side Effects and Negatives of PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite

There is a potential risk for side-effects with the PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite. This is because of the CLA in the formula. This particular ingredient has been connected to things like nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, and stomach upset.

PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite Review Conclusion

That leads us to the conclusion of our PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite Review! It was pretty up and down for a while, but no one can deny that PMD Sports tried something different. You don’t see many formulas made completely out of fatty acids — for good reason, but it’s still new.

Unfortunately, a new idea or not, this isn’t really a fat burner.

PMD Sports Omega Cuts Elite Review Conclusion

Not in the traditional sense, and even in the way that they were trying to attempt. There’s just not enough in here to work. They could have definitely benefited from a couple of proven-to-work ingredients, rather than using fatty acids that are only suspected of being able to burn fat.

I’d say, as far as a fat burner goes, it really isn’t that affective at all. That’s saying it nicely. I’ve seen what a powerful fat burner looks like, and it’s not this.
